Before blends. Before roasters. Before the ritual. There was Ethiopia. Eden Light is our single origin organic Ethiopian Sidamo — a delicate light roast sourced from the ancient highlands where coffee was first discovered, and still grows wild today.

Crafted from indigenous heirloom cultivars through the Shoye Cooperative, a network of family-owned farms in southern Ethiopia, this coffee carries the fingerprint of its land in every cup. Untouched by modification, these ancient varieties deliver an intensely sweet, berry-forward cup with a creamy finish and bright, wine-like acidity that lingers beautifully.
