Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

We know plans change, and we want your experience with Bodega to feel easy and supported. You may cancel a purchase option as long as your order hasn’t entered fulfillment.

Cancellation Window

• Purchase option orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.
• After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing, and cancellation may not be available — but we’ll always review and let you know.

How to Request a Cancellation

Send us your order number and a quick note. We’ll check the status and confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

Non‑Cancelable Items

Some items can’t be canceled once production or packing begins, including:

• Custom or made‑to‑order products
• Limited‑release or seasonal drops
• Items already prepared for shipment

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
