Because life can get pretty busy, our subscription program allows you to have your coffee of choice delivered on a monthly basis!  There’s no need to remember to reorder. 

 

In addition to enjoying your favorite blends of coffee you will also enjoy the savings you receive depending on your choice of subscription, and all subscription services offer free shipping.

 

Plus, you will always have the option to cancel your subscription.  Although we believe our coffee is so impressive, you will have a pretty hard time convincing yourself to cancel!

One Time Purchase and Subscribe and Save Shipping Schedule 

BodegaBeanCo.com is a roast-to-order company.  We do not let our beans hang around in some warehouse for days, weeks or months waiting to ship!  This means our beans undergo a lengthy roasting process once you place your order.  This is the only way to ensure we deliver the freshest quality and flavored coffee to you.  Good things come to those who wait and this couldn’t be a truer statement when it comes to our coffee!  Once you open your first bag, we know you will taste the difference. 

 

Therefore, for single coffee orders, our deliveries will ship 1-2 weeks after you place your order.  For subscriptions, your first order will ship 1-2 weeks after you place your first order, then you will receive subsequent orders approximately the 15th, every month thereafter. If your order falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. A tracking number will be provided via email once your shipment delivery is scheduled.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For legal disputes and taxation purposes, all transactions are deemed to have taken place in Murfreesboro, TN, subject to all applicable TN laws and taxes.

Coffee and Tea

As we are a company that sales a consumable product, returns are not the norm. However, we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality, freshest coffee and tea possible. If you are ever dissatisfied with our products or service, please let us know so we can make it right. Your complete satisfaction is our goal!

Gear and Merchandise

If you’d like to return your Fellow product but do not have a warranty claim, you may do so within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns within this time period can receive a refund or a Bodéga gift card of equivalent value. 

Products must be in their original condition in order to be eligible for a refund. 

We offer return shipping via UPS for $15 for electric products and $5 for non-electric products purchased and delivered within the United States. If you opt to receive a Bodéga gift card instead of a refund for your return, we’ll waive the return shipping fee! 

All refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 5-10 days to reflect depending on your financial institution. 

Fellow gear is covered by their warranty policy, so if you are experiencing a functional or cosmetic issue, please file a warranty claim.
